The final week of my teaching practice made me sum up and recollect a lot of experiences that has played a role in shaping the way i am, or the teacher i was becoming. I was showered with a lot of love, like never before, from my students. i have learned that 'keep the students away' might not always work. i learned 8th standard is a very raw age and by the time they are in the 9th class, a lot of changes occur, 8th standard is the exact , or maybe the last important milestone when you can influence the students. this teaching practice session will definitely be remembered for the clarity it gave me in setting boundaries and managing timelines. on monday (july22), i got the opportunity to oversee and host a quiz competition for the students, under social science club. It gave me perspectives in understanding the technological up gradations in the school better. The computer lab is well equiped with laptops, projector and normal systems. Tuesday(1.6.-7-.2.0.24) was a holiday to the occassion of Muharam. Wednesday (17-7-2024) was also another normal day to go along. On Thursday (18-7-2024), I had no classes, since there was none in the time table. I could also spend some time in clarifying doubts to the students. A social science club meeting was conducted on the day. On friday, 19th of July, A reading day celebration...

This week came out to be a calm one, with myself settling more into the school academic structure. I realise now that this time I am more interested in the school functioning, and have been given a better opportunity to learn, than the previous teaching practice. I also feel like my personal attitude and interest towards the school functioning and activities have increased. I am also able to understand the students better and bring them into the way I want them to be in the classroom structure. I am able to manage class better, regarding classroom management, at the same time maintain a healthy relationship with the students. Rekha teacher came for the third observation also, which was quiet a surprise, on a Wednesday, when we least expected her. On monday, I dint had a class due to class adjustment. We had a SS club meeting, which made me know better about the club functionings and other activities. On Tuesday, I conducted the diagnostic test on the content students found difficult,fr...
